Damaged Goods

We take great care to make sure that your goods are packed correctly.  If you should receive a damaged item and the package shows signs of any damage, please call the freight carrier and request and inspection.  Do not discard any of the packing materials as they will need to inspect it.  If you encounter any issues dealing with the freight carrier, please give us a call and we will endeavour to assist.

Missing Goods

If you are missing goods, please check our invoice and make sure they are not on back order. If you have been charged for the part and it is not on back order, please check the box and packing material carefully.  Small pieces can get lost within the packing material and we sometimes will tape these to larger items or to the inside of the box.  Check whether the box was tampered with or damaged in a way that the part could have fallen out.

Do not return goods without calling us first.  In order to claim for missing or damaged parts, you must follow these instructions and contact us within 48 hours of your goods being delivered.

Indent Items

Indent items are goods that are not normally stocked and are brought in on specific request of a customer. Orders for indent items will require payment of a non refundable deposit and cannot be cancelled once the deposit is paid.

Returns and Refunds (does not apply to indent items)

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (freight, postage and packaging costs will not be refunded).  Goods must be returned, at the buyer’s expense, undamaged, in original condition and including all their original packaging.  If they are not returned in this condition, then a full refund may not be offered.  Goods in transit are still considered to be in the buyer’s possession until received by All Air Cooled.

If goods are returned after 14 days, there will be a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods.  After 60 days, we will not accept any returns.
