These are the rods plus rod ends and includes the motor shaft driver mechanism with new pinch bolt .Bolt the driver onto the output shaft of your motor then clip the ball-joints onto the wiper spindles , nice complete kit including the pinch bolt to clamp driver onto the motor shaft . The rods and joints are set in place as an original would be set , so should not need altering lengths wise .
